Realising your innate health
Who am I?
My name is Jonathan and I am a trained counsellor, coach, and body therapist. I have been working with individuals and groups for the past twenty five years and more, helping them to find peace and harmony in mind and body. Over the years I have trained in many types of counselling and coaching therapies and found that, in this special work, people have experienced relief from stress, depression, anxiety, crisis, trauma, phobias, relationship issues and many other life difficulties. Having been widely trained, it has been useful to know how to adapt, sensitively, to each and every person as a unique individual.
More recently I am very grateful to have stumbled across a new paradigm, a fresh understanding, of the human person and how we function psychologically. Through a grounding in these three principles, I have come to realise that each and every one of us has innate health and we are born for happiness and that we do not need to rely on techniques in order to escape from our difficulties, but can rely on our inner nature to sustain us through life. Through this understanding of these life giving principles I have grown hugely in my own personal life and have a much deeper understanding and compassion for everyone I meet. I see that although we all think differently, we are in fact all the same. My job is simply to point people in the direction of their inner health.
I am currently finding that once people have a clearer understanding of how their minds work they very quickly find a peace of mind that is deeper and more grounding than they have ever experienced. Problems which are either new or old simply drop away as we discover a deep health inside of us that has been simply covered over with stressful thinking.

What can I offer you?
I can provide you with a safe, tranquil space where we can engage in compassionate conversations (either in person or via Skype or telephone) which point towards innate mental health and well being. In these conversations we don’t need to rake over the past in order to make sense of the present. Instead we can look together at the present which is unfolding right now and promises peace and well being.
Who do I see?
All people from all walks of life, all ages and cultures, whatever race, sexuality, political persuasion, we are all the same. Each of us has been struggling with our own stuck thinking around a variety of issues.
